The data controller for personal information collected through whalesasian.com and the @whalevip_bot Telegram bot is Hughes Management LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, operator of the WHALESASIAN service.

What we collect

• Your Telegram user ID and (if set) Telegram username.
• The subscription plan you selected.
• Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled).
• Payment status (pending, succeeded, failed, refunded).
• Support messages you send through the bot.
• Basic analytics events (which plan was viewed, which checkout was started) for service improvement.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. PayPal payments (where offered) are processed by PayPal. These processors handle your card or account details directly. We do not store card numbers, CVCs, or full bank account details on our servers. We receive only the information needed to confirm payment status (e.g., subscription ID, customer ID, amount, currency, last4 of card).

For crypto payments, we may store the public transaction hash (txid) of your payment in order to verify receipt on-chain.

How we use the data

• To deliver subscription access (invite links, channel membership) to your Telegram account.
• To verify and process payments and renewals.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect abuse, fraud, and chargeback risk.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to operate WHALESASIAN — currently Stripe, PayPal, Telegram, and our hosting/database providers. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Retention

We keep payment and subscription records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (typically several years). Support messages are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time through the Telegram bot @whalevip_bot to request export or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements (for example, payment records that must be kept for tax compliance).

Cookies

This website is a static site and does not set tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics, ad networks, or fingerprinting on whalesasian.com.
